How did you send it? Unless it went Global Priority, everything else is the “slow boat” even regular priority is only that within the US. Once it leaves the US, you are at the mercy of the foreign postal companies.
What was the estimate delivery time that USPS gave you?
It’s possible your package is stuck in customs.
