Trends for Autumn/Winter 08

There is really something for everyone this season. Whether your fashion stylist recommends you to wear brights, red or mauve or autumnal colours you will find it. Shapes will flapper most figures from fitted to blouson depending on what your proportions are. 6.       Autumn colours. The Scottish look prevails again with soft autumnal shades in tweeds and plaid shirts. Combine soft colours with cashmere jumpers for a truly highland look. These colours suit muted warm skins best.

7.       Folk. Think smocks, embroidered tops, yoke necks in silk or cotton. Combine these with pendant jewellery and Gilet faux fur for a full folksy look. Flat boots a la Sienna Miller also work well.

8.       Black. The LBD is alive and well, a new cocoon shape is influencing the catwalk but there are plenty of tight figure hugging ones too. Combine with opaques and high heels or use lace underneath to create drama.
